Kentucky Community Schools Initiative - Interest Form

In 2023, the Prichard Committee for Academic Excellence received funding from the US Department of Education to establish and expand the evidence-based four pillars that are essential for student success, to advance equity and reduce barriers to learning by providing the services needed to support student and family well-being. Now known as the Kentucky Community Schools Initiative, the project will fund two Title 1 eligible schools in school districts approved by the State Steering Committee in 20 school districts. School must show strong local partnerships within their communities, especially the Family Resource Youth Service Centers.

If you are interested in participating in the Community School Initiative, please complete this form and we will reach out as we expand our team and participating districts.
